Installation Leader

Position Type: Full Time
Location: Berlin, NJ
Position Overview:
The primary responsibility for this position is to perform safe and professional installation of our fireplace products and custom carpentry. Our Installation Crew Leaders use their critical thinking abilities and general construction experience to reference technical specifications required by our different fireplace systems. This position requires a specialized knowledge of gas burning and wood burning hearth systems, their technical requirements, and all installation nuances related to venting/chimney installations and safe operation of the fireplace.
Installation Apprentice

Location: Berlin, NJ
Position Overview:
As an Installation Apprentice, you’ll be provided the tools and training to quickly advance your career. Rettinger Fireplace uses cutting-edge technology to empower their apprentices to take their reins of their career and control their own destiny by employing proven training methods, including hands-on field training, regular classroom training as well as daily/weekly/monthly assessments to help apprentices track their progress.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist our installation crew leaders in performing installations of our fireplace products. Our ideal candidate has experience in construction and working with their hands. Although experience in the hearth industry is preferred, it is not required because they will be working under the direction of an NFI Certified installation crew leader.
Service Apprentice
